Between 3-11 pm, you can check in at our main entrance. For later arrivals, please contact us in advance to arrange a self-check-in at our night entrance located on Lederergasse.

Please have the room ready for us by 11 am. If you wish to extend your stay, feel free to relax in our Gentle Lounge or inquire about a late check-out, which is available upon request only.

Depending on the rate you’ve chosen, we offer special non-refundable rates or free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Please review your booking for details.

If you plan to travel with your furry companion, please inform us when making your reservation so we can arrange for a suitable room for you. Kindly note that an additional fee of € 49,– will be applied to cover the extra cleaning required. We appreciate your understanding
