In winter, when Salzburg slows down and the days grow shorter, we find ourselves already looking forward to what lies ahead. To longer evenings, gentle mornings – and to our garden, which will soon awaken with new life.

For now, it rests quietly through the colder season. But signs of change are already in the air. With the arrival of spring, fresh greenery will return, the first blossoms will appear, and the garden will gradually transform into the peaceful retreat our guests cherish so much. A place to breathe, to linger, to simply be.

Daydreaming in the garden

In summer, the garden at Gentle Hide becomes a small oasis in the heart of the city. A spot for breakfast outdoors, for reading in the afternoon sun, or for enjoying a glass of wine as the light fades behind Salzburg’s rooftops. Surrounded by plants, calm, and soft light, it offers a feeling of seclusion – without ever leaving the city behind.
